Junction City Concrete, junctioncityconcrete.com, hello@junctioncityconcrete.com

Who this policy covers

Junction City Concrete is a concrete contractor in Junction City, KS. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, what we do with it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it.

It applies to every page of our site, from the home page to our service and city pages. It doesn't cover other websites we link to, because they have their own privacy policies. You can read more about our business on our About page.

What information we collect

When you fill out our estimate or contact form, we collect what you type in. That's usually your name, phone number, email, the address of the job and a description of the work, like a cracked driveway or a new patio. Our form runs through an outside form service, so your answers pass through that company's system before they reach us.

When you call or text us at (785) 530-0068, we keep your number and any details you give us about the job so we can follow up.

When you browse the site, we may collect basic visit information through analytics and cookies. That can include the pages you viewed, how long you stayed, the type of device and browser you used, and the general area you visited from. Cookies are small files your browser stores so a site can recognize repeat visits and measure what's working. This information doesn't tell us your name unless you give it to us.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to answer your question, set up an estimate at your property, schedule and do the work, send invoices and stand behind the job afterward.

We use visit information to see which pages people read and where the site falls short, so we can make it easier to use.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't rent or trade it to anyone for their marketing. We share it only with the services that help us run the business, like our form provider, website host and analytics tools, or when the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact and job details for as long as we need them to finish the work and handle any follow-up on it, along with the records a business has to keep for taxes and accounting. If you asked for an estimate and didn't hire us, we keep your details only as long as they're useful for answering a later question about that estimate.

Analytics information is kept in summary form and is deleted on the schedule set by the analytics tool.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll do that unless we have to keep a record by law, such as an invoice for a finished job.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some visit tracking won't.

Some states give their residents more privacy rights than others. If your state does, we'll honor those rights when you ask.

Children's information

Our site is meant for homeowners and property owners, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and if we learn we have, we delete it.

How we protect your information

We limit who can see your information to the people who need it to do the job, and we use services that protect the data they handle for us. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don't send payment card numbers or other sensitive details through our form.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page. Whatever is posted here is the policy in effect.

How to reach us about privacy

If you have a question or concern about your information, or you want to use any of the rights above, call us at (785) 530-0068 or use our Contact page. We answer Monday through Sunday, 7 AM to 10 PM, and we'll get back to you within 1 business day.
